Our Gatherings welcome those travelling individually as well as those travelling as a family. Our trips are typically host 18 to 24 people in properties that have seven to 10 rooms. Demand is high and it can be a bit of a puzzle to assemble the right mix of people, to make sure the accommodation is perfect for each guest and considers their individual and family needs.

Our registration process:

When registration closes we will assemble the best mix of attendees, factoring group size, sleeping arrangements and the order in which they applied. This can take from one to seven days.

We will inform those selected and invite them to pay their deposit within 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours we will move on to the next on the list.

We have had a lot of interest for this Gathering especially, and there is a possibility we may add a second week. Or maybe we’ll just stay in the villa forever 😉
