Mallorca Gathering
18 to 23 April 2026
Mallorca, the queen of Spain’s Balearic archipelago, is legendary for its stunning beaches, diverse landscapes, and vibrant culture. In Mallorca you can find adventure, relaxation and rich heritage all in one visit. While the hot summer months can be crowded, the shoulder seasons allow you to slow down and take in this stunning island in a more meaningful way. We have fallen in love with the passionate, creative people working on meaningful projects here and we are so excited to introduce you to these inspiring folks caring for the land in their individual, artistic ways. We will hike the Tramuntana Mountains to visit an olive oil producer, walk the vineyards of a natural winemaker championing local indigenous varietals, create beautiful textiles using natural dyes from local botanicals, learn about scent creation and make our own bespoke perfume using local essential oils, visit a local market and learn about the food and art cultures of the island all while eating at our favorite restaurants and cafes whose chefs focus on the best local, seasonal ingredients from small producers. And don’t forget about the calas, those rocky inlet with golden beaches and turquoise water!!

Our Hosts
Taryn is the guiding force behind Quartier Collective, a boutique agency designing travel that is thoughtful and deeply connected. She’s spent most of the last seven years in airplane mode, crisscrossing the globe with her family while producing events in remarkable locations, and designing travel for clients along the way. For Taryn, travel is about finding those creative and inspired people who call a destination home. From artists and chefs to designers, farmers and producers, Taryn’s ability to discern and share in the work of these passionate creators helps open doors that are otherwise closed, and creates the space for experiences that are about friendship, sharing and true connection. Taryn and her family now call Mallorca home, though they are still often on the move.
Stephanie Eburah is the chef and owner of Ebb & Company, a business she started 5 years ago in Seattle, with the goal of bringing people around the table in ways that build community and celebrate the bounty of the local area. Though she has a background in photography, Stephanie has been cooking professionally for the past 25 years and focuses on building relationships with the stewards of the land and sea while highlighting local seasonal ingredients in simple ways, but always with an eye for beauty. She spends her spare time travelling with her family and shares QC’s passion for curiosity, connectedness and slowing down. She also loves a good sea swim

Day by day itinerary
Note: This is a prospective itinerary and is subject to modifications based on the schedules of our local partners and producers, new opportunities, and the desires of the group. Please note that some activities from the posted itinerary may be altered.

Day 1- Saturday
Welcome to Mallorca! You will meet Taryn and Stephanie at Mercat d’Olivar in Palma to explore all of the delicious bounty the island has to offer, then we are off to lunch at Mercat Tramuntana before checking into our villa. You will have some time to get settled into your rooms, relax and explore the property before we gather poolside for a welcome aperitivo to get to know one another. Then Stephanie will prepare us a meal from the local ingredients she picked up from the market that morning.
Meals included: Lunch, Dinner & wine

Day 2- Sunday
After breakfast we will head out to explore the town and beaches of Deia where we’ll spend some time wandering, soaking up the sun and swimming in the turquoise waters. We will then hike to the charming mountain village of Biniaraix to the beloved Bar Bodega for an early dinner at their super popular sourdough pizza pop-up with our friend Tommy. The rest of the evening will be free to relax at the villa where we will have a poolside aperitivo.
Meals included: breakfast & dinner

Day 3- Monday
After breakfast we will visit our favorite wine maker on the island, Cati Ribot, aka the Queen of Escursac, (Cati is the only winemaker in Mallora bottling this finicky, local grape). She is a third generation winegrower making natural wines from indigenous grapes under the name Ve d’Avior (“from the past” in Mallorquin) in the town of Santa Margalida, in the northeast of the island. Her bodega is a collaborative workshop, the homebase for four hardworking, innovative winemakers and farmers and the wellspring from which comes some of the most exciting wines being made in Spain today! Cati will give us a tour of her property and we’ll taste through all of her wines as well as dine on traditional Mallorquin dishes prepared by her mother. We will then make our way to a beautifully restored, 200 year-old windmill for a hands-on workshop with a master perfumer to learn about the art of scent creation. Using essential oils from local botanicals we will be able to blend our own bespoke fragrance. Then it’s back to the villa for dinner prepared by Stephanie.
Meals included: breakfast, light lunch with wine & dinner

Day 4- Tuesday
One of the greatest attractions of Mallorca is, without a doubt, hiking in the Serra de Tramuntana. With countless routes for all levels, this enclave on the northern coast is a paradise for mountain sports and nature lovers. Today we will hike along one of the most emblematic paths of the Tramuntana, the Barranc de Biniaraix. Our destination is Ca’n Sivella, the magical property of Felip and Natalia, a couple who have dedicated themselves to caring for their little corner of the valley, restoring and healing the olive groves, growing fruits and vegetables, and producing 100% extra virgin olive oil. After our hike up to the property we will join Felip & Natalia on their terrace overlooking the Sóller Valley for much appreciated cold drinks & appetizers as well as a tasting of their olive oils, all while learning about the Ca’n Sivella project and their lifestyle of slow, intentional living. Felip will then prepare for us a tasting menu of traditional dishes using all local ingredients. We’ll sip on local wines and take in the views before descending the mountain back to the villa. The afternoon will be free to relax by the pool then we will regather for dinner at the villa.
Meals included: breakfast, lunch & dinner

Day 5- Wednesday
After breakfast at the villa we will make our way into Palma for a natural dye workshop with the super talented visual and textile artist, Tatiana Sarasa, at her gorgeous studio. Tatiana is a renowned Spanish artist who is an expert on natural dyes and fibers and who is passionate about using this medium to build a closer relationship with our society to nature. She will teach us how to print dye with local botanicals to make beautiful silk scarves. We’ll grab picnic makings from the nearby market and head to a local beach for some time in the sun before returning to the villa to relax. Then we’re off to our farewell dinner at our favorite waterside restaurant, Blai Bar, where we will take in the sunset over the Port of Soller.
Meals included: breakfast & dinner

Day 6- Thursday
We will have a slow morning and one final brunch in the garden as we say our last goodbyes and go our separate ways.
